Landmarks
Ewan's Chains
An ancient cyclops constructed his forge at the heart of a glacier. He required the extreme cold of the northern ocean to quench the special metals he worked. As a cyclops, he barely noticed the weather. He even enjoyed the isolation.
Cottage of the Riser
Jack used to have a family. Now Jack has no family. He sits alone at his cottage and never comes out, except to chop wood for the fire or go ice fishing.
Stump of the Plumer
When a powerful druid met her end, a giant tree sprang up where she fell. Around the tree of life, the menhirs were placed, an everlasting circle of guardians to honor the druid. Today, the tree has been cut down. Great power still lingers here.
Titan of the Minstrel
A giant skull, impossibly large, has become the entranceway to a deep network of caves. The caves are now the lair of many dangerous creatures. No one knows what type of creature the skull came from.
The Fuchsia Continent
In this place the winter is endless. The constant cold brings the conditions for exotic wildlife to flourish, though it is hardly comfortable for visitors.
River of the Cobbler
The water furies congregate nearby, bringing the river to a violent froth. None have ever tamed this river, but a few fools have certainly tried to cross. Perhaps a bargain can be struck?
Bodwyn's Oasis
This small town is the center of the region's spice trade. The town is well guarded by the hazardous desert environment, ensuring the valuable commodity is well protected.
Tent of the Cry
Wherever desperate adventurer's need it most, the camp seems to appear. Some say it's a mirage - like a desert oasis - which provides only the illusion of sustenance. Others swear it is the only reason they still live.
Spire of the Woman
The spire stands 200 feet high. At the top, you can make out an archway. The chains that hold it against the canyon wall are far too big to have been wrought by mortal hands.
